Peppermint Hot Chocolate

A delicious and easy recipe for hot chocolate with a touch of peppermint :)
Ingredients:

250 ml milk
3-4 After Eights (or similar)
1 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp syrup (Maple syrup works best, but vanilla- caramell- or agave syrup is perfectly fine)

Mix the syrup with the cocoa powder and then slowly stir in the milk until it's smooth. Heat it until it's hot enough to melt the chocolate, then crumble the After Eight and add it, stir until it's melted :)

About Me

Well, I'm not fond of writing stuff about myself but then again a blog needs a proper introduction, I guess :)
I created this blog because someone talked me into it to share some of my recipes and named it The Sandwich Lemma because it's something nerdy as well as something food-related. (If anyone wonders about the nerdy part: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squeeze_theorem).
Another totally relevant fact: I like penguins. And kittens (but who doesn't?) :)
